In motorbike helmets are the built in sun visors supposed to completely cover your eyes or just shade them from above like a car sun visor does (the standard flap down ones you get in all cars)?

i.e they cast a shadow when the sun hits them from above etc. They're not actually like sunglasses that completely cover your eyes?

The reason i'm asking is because on my caberg v2 they dont completely cover my eyes unless my head is slightly tilted forward if that makes sense.

Is my helmet to small? other than this visor "issue" it seems to fit quite well. i cant feel any gaps around my head and it doesnt feel overly tight. although it is really quite snug. but im guessing thats because its new.

ideas?

You sure that its all they way out? I've got a caberg ego and it rests on my nose, gfs does the same. If anything it comes too far down.

I tihnk mine comes down to about the same, it doesn't completely cover my view and I can see below it quite easily. Don't think I'd be comfortable with it coming too close to touching my face due to concern over it puttin a dent in my face if I had an off!

If I put my sun visor all the way down (a V2 as well) my eyes are completely covered with a nice gap so they would never touch my nose or check. It must be a shape of the head and face thing.
