Help Im new to this !! Tyres !!!!

Right then i am currently running a set of michelin pilots on the front and rear on my zx6r 2000 model. I am looking for a new set of tyres as they are starting to round off and i have a track day looming in the future. So basically the pilots are going to be sh****ed after that day. Im not bothered about price i just want good value for money and the performance that matches it.

Front 120 x 65 zr17

rear 180 x 55 zr 17

Any help would be appreciated

It all depends what you are going to use the bke for.

track days - sticky tyre loads of grip but wont last as long

Touring/daily use - 2CT (compound tyre) Not as sticky but will last longer
