New rules Confuse

Hello my 2 wheel friends:D

Im little bit confuse about this new rules on January.

1. Can you tell me, If i have A2 already i will need to take another exam after 2 years to get full A category?

2. I have A2 and i can ride 33bhp now, i will be able to ride 47bhp after changes will be introduced?

the changes wont affect you at all

you will still be restricted for 2 years and after the two years have passed your restriction will be lifted

the at all means nothing will change you will still be at 33bhp

Q Will my 33bhp licence be affected by January?

A No. Existing 33bhp restricted licence will remain restricted until there 2 year maturity when the restriction will automatically be lifted. The changes are not applied retrospectively.
