ok so last june i passed my cbt mod 1 and mod 2 got my full license and since i was 20 years old i am restricted to 33bhp.... am i right in thinking that after 2 years so june 2014 i will be able to ride any motorbike i want any power etc with no restrictions on my license? as i know the tests etc are changing but i dont have to do anymore tests at all do i? ive passed all of my tests and come june 2014 i can send off to DVLA to give me my license without restrictions?

Yep you're correct. They will take the restriction off as they would have done before the new tests came in.
