hello i was wondering, if i was to do my CBT test for a 125cc would i need to use L plates? Even though i have a full car driving licence that i passed in 2011?

Ok thanks, just to add a bit more info


i passed my CBT back in 2006 aswell but back then i had to use L plates i dont know if you need them anymore if you have a full car licence and pass your CBT again?


Ive always had motorbikes my whole life but never botherd with getting my full licence, mainly ride track bikes and offroaders


So yeah, anyone that can shed some light on this issue please ? :D

Yes, you will still need L plates, you will still be restricted to a 125, all the CBT does is "validate" the provisional entitlement on your licence. Need the test to take them off.
