klingelton Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Ok, I noticed my front brake light isn't working.I took off the switch and tested with a multimeter. That's working as expected. I also touched the 2 cables using a circuit tester, which is showing as a circuit. My assumption is: I have a short somewhere.Rear brake light works just dandy, so I know it's not the bulb.Any suggestions or am I condemned to multimeter hell this coming weekend?! Quote

klingelton Posted August 14, 2013 Author Posted August 14, 2013 Tank is coming off this weekend anyway so I can clean the air filter. I will check the wiring then. Quote
Stu Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 you havent got a short! a short would pop fuses as rushwind says sounds like a break in the wiring somewhere could be a multiplus or in the loom have a good weekend with the multimeter Quote
