Newbie problems with bike

Hey guys im a new member here, i have a hyosung gt 125 r 2008 plate, its a beautiful bike black and orange colour scheme, nice big bike with very good fuel efficiency.

However i have ridden a fellow friends bike same make as mine 12 plate and have found very noticable differences.

On my bike

-the clutch is alot further out then i would like it to be , there is a very very fine line between reaching my biting point and stalling is there any way i can solve this?

- My bike is very slow to accelerate in general, when i have the throttle fully open it takes a couple of seconds for the bike to fully come into speed, what can i do to solve this?

- i have found a few times while im riding on the A road tha my rev meter goes crazy it flies up and down and my bike starts jerking the problem sorts itself out after 20 seconds or so but i find it very disturbing i mean who wouldnt? is there something seriously wrong here?.

Thanks guys any help will be appreciated

Personally I'd replace the spark plugs, but someone who knows what they are talking about will come along shortly

Performance wise it can be a number of things, tyres, tyre pressure, chain, sprockets, chain tension, spark plugs, engine oil, air filter, fuel etc etc etc
