Wouldn't it perhaps be a better plan to fix the broken bits first?

And learn how to ride it properly?

And then maybe think about redesigning the bike.

To answer your question, yes it's possible, but the manufacturers made it that way for a reason. With enough money, expertise and time, it is certainly possible. In the same way that it's possible to polish a turd, but why would anyone waste their time doing so?

First question is why do you want to raise the suspension? If it's to raise your feet off the floor a little when at traffic lights because you're a tall one like me (!) you'd be better off padding the seat out slightly or buying a new bike. Or if it's to help the turn in of the bike on the twists you could do what I did with my Blackbird and put a 6mm spacer in at the top of the rear shock. 6mm doesn't sound a lot but it translates to quite a bit in the grand scheme of things. Certainly made my 'bird a lot more flickable.

If you do add a spacer keep in mind that your chain will need readjusting.

If the shock is solidly mounted top and bottom and there are mo suspension linkages to modify, then all you can do is change the shock for a longer one or raise the seat somehow.

Not a CBR copy. The 250 version has actually scored a couple of very good reviews. Daelim started out in the 70's making stuff for Honda in Korea. Mrs has been eying up the 250 so I looked in to them a bit.
