Kawasaki z750s - What Oil?

Just bought my first 'big' bike - Kawasaki z750s which has been semi-converted to a street fighter so there's a few bits I can play with to my hand dirty. I must say, regardless of how the bike ranks in the big scheme of things, I love it!!!

Anyway, I could probably find this out from the owners manual but it's more fun coming on here.....

What's the best engine oil to use?

one that lubricates the engine nicely any decent quality 10w40 should be ok lot of the time its down to the person doing the work and what they prefer also if its ridden hard and fast a lot then go better quality

i use to use motul 5100 10w40 oil in my z, which remines me got to get the bike back on the road

Yeah.....I use the Motul 5100 too.....gearbox is a bit less clunky with this compared to other oils.....
