Guest Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Hi If this has been addressed then i apologize in advance.I have a Piaggio Fly 125 2007 only done 500 miles from new (not my normal style of bike but due to recent accident i have to wait for my foot to be strong enough to get on my proper bike again). Any hows....its currently cold hear and i am struggling to get the bike to start from cold. I think it is the choke as its and electric choke and i have noticed the top of the choke dose not warm up when ignition is on like it should (hence me conclusion on the problem being the choke) Now right now (as sad as it seems) i cnt afford the new choke. Is there any way i can turn the choke on manually so it will turn over and warm up. I can get the bike to start but i have to frantically rev the engine or it will cut out until warm. Once its warm i can stop and start as i please but not when its cold. Any help would be appreciated. Quote

Guest Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Well i may of solved the problem looks like the choke was not actually connected to the power as there seems to be a plug that has nothing connected im gonna trace it back 2mo and see hopefully fingers crossed Quote
