Givi luggage question

Just bought a pannier rack from a chap that used it with soft luggage. I plan to fit hard luggage but I think I'm some bits missing

I'm guessing that there's a clip or something that attached to these 2 holes.

Anyone know what they would be called and where to get a couple from??

Is it a givi system?

check on their website for your bike as you may have to buy a plate for each side

It is a givi rack.

The rack is specific for my bike. The component in question is to attach the pannier to the rack. I can't see anything on the net that looks like it'll fit that plate.
