Stu Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Check your chain tension if it's too tight it can stop it Quote
Guest Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Thanks Stu and East. At least half inch play in Primary chain checked clutch adjustments time and time again. Thanks again Quote
Chrissb6 Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Hi, when the bike is on it's centre stand is the rear wheel rotating at all when you engage gear? Whilst it's on the centre stand put your foot on the rear brake pedal and lock up the rear wheel then try it. If it wont go in gear, l would say it's a clutch issue, your clutch is not fully disengaging. Quote
Guest Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Thanks Chris why didn't I think of that. I will give it a go and let you know.regards Quote
Guest Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Thanks again Chriss I think its ok now. Ditched the seven plate conversion drive plates not smooth in the slots even after stoning. The supplier had sold dozens of seven plate conversions and never had any problems! Back to standard apart from the SRM pressure plate conversion. Your suggestion cracked it. Thanks again.Regards Quote
