manxjason Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Hello,I live on the Isle of Man, and have just started the venture into motorbikesI'm looking for affordable clothing for my urban 4 mile journey to work and back, in sunshine and rain .I've found something at the lower end of the scale. Does anyone have experience using MKR equipment? My chest is 44.5inch and belly is 45". Would the 46" chest size fit a 45" belly or would the jacket narrow at the stomach? Perhaps I'm better going another size up. http://www.mkdirect.co.uk/MKR/MKR-Texti ... ousers-KitThanks Quote

Joeman Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Take a look at Richa textiles. Ive got some and I'm very impressed. Zip out layers mean you can use them in freezing cold with the thermal layer, or zip it out when it gets hot and open the air vents.EDIT: this is the jacket i have. i bought it for 99quid from the Excel bike show.http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcy ... rod/199919 Quote
fq-craigus Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 I would give yourself a tad more room buddy so you can fit layers underneath because jn the winter when its cold its dam cold, pop along to a shop and try some on for ideas Quote
