I had to nip out on my bike in the rain on Saturday morning, first proper chance to test my Frank Thomas Jacket and trousers in the rain.

All in all kept me dry, well apart from one area. There is a zip on the frank thomas trousers to zip it to the jacket. Zip is only about 10 cm long and in the middle.

So I guess its to keep them close in the event of rain maybe.

Only problem I had was either side of the zip, my T shirt must have been out in the open, so it got quite wet.

No I dont usually travel out in the rain but is there anything I can do to try and limit this in future?

You will pretty much always get a bit wet.

Best option if you're that bothered, spend 20 quid on some plastic overalls. You get specific ones although any extra large set will do. Not classy but will keep more of the rain off

Its a shame I hadn't thought more about it and bought a longer style jacket. The one I have is the short body style.

Not hoping to get out much in the rain these days anyway.
