mr_vimto Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 So im turning 18 years old tomorrow and have been very interested in doing track days, not racing just enjoying speed on the track rather than me riding like a twat on the roads. Now after looking at a few tracks and requirments it says i need a full unrestricted licence, which is not possible since i am on a A1 and cant go higher till 19/21 :/ Then i found alot of tracks accept acu licence. Could someone please explain to me what acu licence allows me to do, Like will i be allowed to ride a 500cc on a track? What am i restricted to?I found the form on the acu website but its rather confusing, specifically section one. which parts do i tick? http://www.acu.org.uk/Uploaded/1/Docume ... 20Form.pdf Quote
Stu Posted July 4, 2015 Posted July 4, 2015 An acu licence allows you to ride anything on the track Quote
littlecat Posted July 5, 2015 Posted July 5, 2015 you don't even need a road license to get an acu license and yes as far as im aware it allows you to ride anything on track Quote
