replacing blown bulb - instrument cluster - cbf 125

bulb gone in instrument cluster, thought just reach round. nope, got to take whole front fairing off and remove cluster from bike what a pita. it's not even in the manual suggesting it's a main dealer job, luckily it's in the Haynes.


think I'll replace them all to save me doing it again any time soon.

I have a little access panel on my ZZR which is supposed to make changing headlamp bulbs possible but to be honest, it turns out easier and quicker to remove the nose cone.

All good practice though, if you're going to be working on the bike yourself. Learning where all the screws are and any tricks to reassembling it quickly and easily. I can get all the plastics off mine in a matter of minutes these days.
