There's loads of videos on YouTube showing what each test requires, some helpful videos from instructors too. There's some videos from the test people ( cant remember name at moment) and I watch Roadcraft Nottingham for hints and tips about riding.

Hope this helps. Sadly I don't know of any books as I learn better by watching if im not actually doing it.

I've been reading one of my partners motorcycle books recently - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/011341143X/r ... +roadcraft

It is pretty good, gives loads of tips on how to corner on different surfaces, how to gain the best view and such. I cannot speak for the newer version however... it seems to get very mixed reviews.

I have been warned however that some of the things the book advises you to do, mostly regarding positioning, you can be marked down for on the Mod2 test.

I'm reading a book called Pass The Bike Test by Sean Hayes and Rupert Paul. They are instructors. Good luck with your test. I have mod 1 test after next week. :D

The DSA do several books on riding. The police hand book is for after your test, it's for advanced riding.

Speak to the school were you are doing your lessons I'm sure they will be able to advise on suitable books.
