kawasaki D tracker 125 electrical problem

so i was driving home from school im 16 btw and live in sweden where youre allowed to drive a 125 cc motor when youre 16. back to the topic so it was raining and i was driving home and i live 37 km from school and when i wasnt far from home my bike sudenly started dying i had gas i had an full battery (almost) so it came to a stop and i knew that if i just could get it to work i could get home so i tried to do a rolling start and it worked and drove away and came about 20 meters from where i started it so i did it again and resulted with a broken tooth and a hole trough my lip. so every time i try to start it it makes a click noise in the elecrtic distributer to the start motor. can somebody tell me what the is going on with my bike!!!!

Sounds like the battery is stuffed.......or the charging circuit has failed and is not charging the battery.......time to get the voltmeter out..... :wink:

i have checked the battery and it had the stenche off rotten eggs and that smell already tells me that the battery is dameged it means that hydrogen sulifide is leaking out of the battery but i changed it with a new one and ive still got the same problem so ill have to start looking for another solution

check starter/regulator/rectifier/alternators are ok and havent burnet out as a result of over load... or watever its called
