They are not trading.

Lost the Triumph Dealership 2nd Dec

Shutters closed

My bike was on sale or return with them. Found out it had been sold when I got a letter from the DVLA telling me I was no longer the registered keeper.

Guess what, I have not been paid and I am not the only one this has happened to! The company has not gone into receivership according to Companies House

Right next to my office this place. I was close to taking a Mv f3 from the MV guy in the back of the store. I was aware they were planning on moving but not shutting completely. Ive seen the shared van is still outside or was a couple days ago.

I was also told the same guys had the harley dealership on silverlink, kept telling harley they wanted to merge the harley and the triumph garage all into one, Harley said no as triumph are their biggest rival but they kept on at it which is why Harley arrived unnanounced with the wagons and removed the stock.

Keep us updated on what happens, will be interesting to hear how this pans out.

That could well have been Matt. He is the only one left still working for the owner, David Hall of O'Calligan Hall. Yes I have popped down a couple of time and seen the van parked outside. The heating is still on as I can see the exhaust from the office upstairs,

Spoke to someone else today who is in exacly the same position as me and I feel shure we are not the only ones.

The thing that pi$$es me off is the total lack of comminication from David Hall. I spoke to him before Xmas and he prommised I would get paid!

What are your options if there is no communication? Report it stolen?

Does the MV guy know anything? Surely he is in contact with someone in the know.

Personally I'd consider involving the police as it sounds like fraud to me, and notify the DVLA that the bike was with a dealership and you have not been notified by them that it has been sold and that you have not been paid and you should find the change of registered keeper will be voided and you will be able to reclaim the bike. The new "owner" will then have to claim against the dealership which sold him a bike they didn't own. I am assuming you didn't sign the V5 to the dealer or anything daft like that.
