Dainese DAir Street - has anyone else out there got one?

I bought a Dainese DAir Street jacket about 4 years ago for £1400. It's the same tech they use in moto gp with a wireless jacket and SIM card which communicates with tech kit on the bike. The intelligent kit knows when you are about to have an accident and inflates a large life jacket which protects all the vital organs. Inflation is also 10 times quicker than any previous wired jackets.

As I say I have had mine for 4 years and have not needed to use it. However I have had major problems getting it serviced. I won't go into all the previous details but a year ago the bike kit threw an error code and I have only just got to the stage where I can get it fixed. I am therefore seeking others views because I really don't wish to throw good money after bad. Any contributions appreciated.
