beginner_biker Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Hi all,Having done my CBT, I've fallen in love with the Honda CBF125. However, it's 76cm wide, when the alley to the yard behind my house is about 72-73cm at it's narrowest.Obviously, if I can, I'd like to not leave the bike at the front of the house. Is there any way I can shave off that extra width? I'm guessing it's coming from the handlebars rather than anything else. Can anyone advise? Thanks in advance Quote
Stu Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 its usually the mirrors that are measured across as the widest point so folding them in may help go to a shop and measure one Quote
Guest Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Normally a combination of twisting the handle bars and leaning the bike gets through much smaller gaps. Pegs restrict mine yet bars are a good 6" wider Quote
