Tango Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 You shouldn't need to bleed the rear brake if you're just replacing the pedal. The actuator rod from the rear master cylinder is normally connected to the pedal by a small rod and split pin. The rear brake light switch is normally operated by a spring that attaches to the pedal, and the pedal should be attached to the bike by a bolt through the pivot point and a spring that holds the pedal up.
