stevenh82 Posted January 14, 2017 Posted January 14, 2017 Hi, bought a kmx125 but it wont start, cleaned the carb, new gaskets for everything, checked the float height but still nothing. Its sparking good and petrols getting to reed valves but not the cylinder. Any answers would be great as I've no clue Quote
ThePhatomfart Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Hi, could be anything just yet ,but will try to figure it, when you cleaned the carb did you check for good movement of the carb piston slide, what I'm getting at is did you put it in the right way round, also double check the reed vale shuts properly, plus good charge on battery Quote
Tango Posted January 15, 2017 Posted January 15, 2017 Check that you've got compression.......pull the spark plug out and but your thumb over the hole and turn the engine over.....you should feel a decent amount of pressure there that will lift your thumb off the hole..... Quote
