Stu Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 it was ok the sat nav sent me down some dodgy 1 lane roads but I survived I have been to wales a fair few times and my satnav does the same and it makes an interesting ride we had one "road" where the wife could stretch her arms out and was pulling on the grass growing at either side it was that narrow Quote
maccwilo07 Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 sometimes ye just can't win with them sat navs lol. a bit bum twitching wen it's all blind corners too. Quote
Stu Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 Yeah it does test your nerve a bit We had it once fully loaded up on a single track and a 4x4 came the opposite way with no where to go! we had just passed a gravely passing place which I had to struggle to back pedal the bike in to Quote
Pip Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 where did you end up mark, many bikes out.i saw only one-speed van yesterday.bumped into some locals Quote
maccwilo07 Posted July 2, 2017 Author Posted July 2, 2017 not to far in the end my shoulder giving me jib. just done mold down to horse shoe pass then back up. sat nav is taking a bit to getting used to , ye put it on twisties and it sends u down 1 lane suicide paths or you put it on fastest and it puts you on motorways or dual carriageway . can't win lol Quote

Stu Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 Can you do fastest routes but avoid motorways? I usually find that gives good routing without single track roads although I have a Garmin Quote
