Cold air from one exhaust

Hi guys, bikes been playing up a bit, it seams to be one exhaust is blowing out cold air, I have changed the spark plugs but no luck, any idea?

Does the plug actually spark, if not HT coil-leads / igniter.

If sparking fuel not reaching cylinder.
