Hello all I have a problem I wonder you could help with.

About 3months ago I bought a new Hanway scramble right 125, even New the bike had a few issues of cutting out when idle..a lot. I took it to the garage where my mechanic fixed a poor solder joint and removed some water from my tank that had also made its way in somehow, along with first service, oil change etc + I asked them to alter the mixture to stop the judder as I suspected it was too lean.

After this it rode like a dream for about a week but is now having the problem of juddering and intermittent power loss when I try take it over about 6000 rpm in 5th forcing me to not go over this.

Checked fuel lines for kinks but it seems ok and am kinda out of ideas/ lack the knowledge of what to check, any ideas appreciated and can provide more details if needed. Thanks in advance

It's still under warranty right? So take it back! Its their job to figure out what's wrong, not yours.

What Joeman said! If its new then it should be under warranty and they should be sorting it out. I have to wonder as well if it is new, was it run in? is there some running period you should have followed before taking it over a certain rev limit? Just a thought, I don't think it would have such dire consequences in fairness either way.

Cheers guys yeah I'll just get it too them I guess just wanted to learn how to sort it myself because it's happened before and I'm not too close to the garage so didn't wanna keep going.

If any one else happens to get a light bulb and knows some go to areas for this type of prob would be lovely.

Failing that I'll get my ass to the garage

And in reply, yes it was new I followed the break in guide in my user manual best I could but the bike could go over these speeds before so I'm not really looking at a break in issue direction.
