Water in fuel treatment, occasional power loss.

This is about my car, but I did do the water in fuel treatment with my old Versys without this issue.

The treatment used is Wynns Dry fuel that mixes with the water in the tank, which then mixes with the fuel and is then burnt off. With the car, I am getting obvious loss of power for a few seconds and then it is fine. That did not happen with the bike.

Is the loss of power when the car is running on the mix of fuel, fuel treatment and methanol?
