Best place to mount rear light (Cafe Racer)

I am in the process of adding a cafe racer rear hoop to my CG125.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on where to mount the rear light/brake light?

It is the same style as the one below:

Any ideas would be helpful, I could bolt it directly to the rear hoop but I dont know how neat this would look

Weld a bracket to the hoop and bolt it to that.
