Need Help with Buying my First Bike

Hey, I'm looking to buy my first bike, I'm set on what i want and I've got a used bike in my sight but the seller doesn't have full service history. I need help deciding if i can trust this or not. Here's the description

10month mot

New chain and sprockets

New lock set all round

New clip ons

New rear brake

Recent full service

Ready to ride away

Any questions feel free to inbox"

The bike looks great but i live far away and will need to be taken to pick up and see the bike so its important i know i want to purchase it as i see it.

I asked the history of the bike and here's what he said

"13k miles faultless starts rides slight oil leak on rocker cover have new gasket had new everything service wise chain sprockets the lot"

Does this mean the leak is still there or its been repaired?

When i asked if it had full service history, he replied:

"Dont have a full service history with it but its had a full service less than a month ago before all work has been done to it you'll be picking up fron a bike garage anyway where I work so there no doubt it's a solid bike hence why it's not 500quid lol"

Its a lot of info but I'm on a tight budget, help is greatly appreciated

You mentioned above that the seller doesn't have the full service history, if it was me, I would let this one go as you have no idea what problems this bike has had. What's the asking price? Do you know the bik reg? If so, have you at least checked the MOT history?
