I have a 2016 cpi suv125 it had 0 miles so was brand new, was riding fine but now I've hit 100 miles on it, it starts from cold and runs for a bit but then coughs and cuts out and won't start till it cools down, I've adjusted the idle and mixer but no joy, anyone got any ideas what is happening thanks

When you say brand new are you the first owner.

Have you followed the manufacturers guide on the running in procedure.

I am first owner, but it's also my bike, didn't know there was a running procedure, I knew it needed breaking in and would need a oil change soon but other than that I had no idea, is there anything I need to know

Running in/ breaking in, same meaning just different wording, did you follow it according to the manufacturers guide that will be in the owners/ user manual that came with the bike. If you didn't then you may well have damaged the engine. So just for clarity what has the manufacturer stated for the running/ breaking in period.

It's a 2016 bike with only 100 miles you've had from new? That's quite unusual in itself. When did you get it?
