Hello,

 

I own a 1953 Gilera 150 Turismo which according to photos wasn't fitted with a speedometer.  Mine is, although it's a Smiths replica.

 

Can anybody tell me if generally post war to early 1950's Italian bikes were exempt from having a speedometer fitted?

As far as I am aware if they were never fitted then they don't require one, I have a 1967 Italian moped that hasn't been fitted with one :thumb:
