Motor bike parking on Bicycle bays

Are we allowed to park our bike on bicycle bays im currently in Sutton I live on the second floor luckily I have a ramp that I can use to push my bike up but it has stairs in the middle of the ramp so lifting it up the stairs and in my house is like going gym everyday   I cannot keep up lol anyone need a safe and secure place bikes get stolen everyday I’m not trying to be statistic I ain’t going out like that anyways guys any help i would be most happy thanks guys
