Anglesey bike club back in the late 70's early 80's used to say there would/should be one! Brought a smile to my face when I first saw MrB mention it too

yer its a shame there was no Anglesey TT track made. its would be amazing for Anglesey. there is a perfect ring road around the top part, im not sure about the lower part tho... will have to go for a spin one day and route it out. my dad was a part of the Holyhead bike club in the 80's, still is now. He told me years ago it nearly did get the go ahead, but back then they needed £2million (ish) insurance. so if they had managed to get it all together it mite of actuly happend. even a shorter track, Vally around the top down to Meni bridge.. i think we should star a new thread

Hi Guys. lookin by BBC weather it looks like its going to be a rain....

well mixed rain and sun...

me and my mate James are still defo goin cuz we dont mind getting a bit wet.. but its each to there own..

i will check this thread last thing at 8am - 8:15am 2moz moring to confirm who is going. Just so were not waiting at the One Stop for a hour if you know what i mean...

would like to do it but the rear tyre is nearly toast and I don't fancy too many wet bends with it so will take a look at the weather at 8am and decide. I'm only 10 mins or so from the 'one stop' services, but will decide at 8am. (its peeing down here now and has been since 5pm)

If weather if kinda bad but looking hopeful I will just meet at Betws at about 11.30am.

If weather is really bad and looking like it wont stop I will pass guys, still not confident enough in the wet

if not here you go..

from Crewe, go along the A55 towards Bangor, then there is a turn off to Bethesda just befor bangor, junction 11. take the first left on the flyover roundabout then after 50meters there is a smaller roundabout. take 2end exit and u will see the garage, travel lodge, lil chef, bugerking. we will be parked on the left as u go in, we will make our self obvious. Its on the route to betwys from Anglesey.
