Help! Tucano Urbano Handmuffs Not Fitting

I just bought a tucano urbano r369x and it says it fits my honda pcx 2019 but im having trouble getting the ends on the bolt is too short without the extension and it doesnt come through with any advice please

Ermmm.
On the first pic - forget the part on the right side.

middle part might go into the handle bar, the bolt fits through the metal chrome and threads into the middle part and opens up like a bladder to stay in place.
