Test centres?

Hi folks hope everyone is well, just trying to find out where the test centers are in the Stafford area , have a friend that wants to do his test off his own back but having trouble finding test centers mod 1 and 2  they seem to be all shutting down or just not covering motorcycles anymore

yeah he needs a van thanks
