moped having power issues

Hi all

i have a suzuki katana ay50 moped and i’m having struggles with it, the bike will start with a bit of throttle but not properly is consistently sounds weird and won’t move anywhere like no power is going through it i’ve recently changed all springs in the clutch and replaced the rollers as it wouldn’t start before  it’s had a new piston, cylinder and head recently i’m not sure what else is wrong.
