Dropped WK Scrambler 125

Hi there, I'm looking looking for a little advice.

 

I dropped my bike and the handle bars are quite bent on one side. I'm having trouble finding any spare parts for the exact model but am wondering if another bikes type will do the trick?

Other bars will fit you need to make sure the sizes are the same diameter. Thickness. They may be different where they clamp to the bike and where the controls fit. Once you know that there are loads out there.
