Hi,

I have just bought a 2007 KLE 500 and its blew over in the recent high wind and snapped the brake lever.

After looking for hours i am unable to find a replacement (either new or used).Does anyone know if there is a different model that could be q a compatible replacement?

This is the Kawasaki part number of the lever 132361185 so if you search for the genuine item or a pattern part look for this number.

Its quite a common lever and fits over 200 different Kawasakis.

Pedal part number LEVER-ASSY-BRAKE,PEDA for KLE500B7F 2007 EUROPE,MIDDLE EAST,AFRICA,UK - order at CMSNL 

If its only bent and not snapped it probably can be straightened with a little heat. If you cant get a replacement look at motorcross suppliers as its a common part to swap on dirt bikes for better fit or length.

Ill try the motorcross suppliers or see if it can be welded.

Talk to your local Kawasaki parts person they will probably know if the genuine item isnt available any more what will be the closest match or a rear pedal that will work for you.
