Hi folks, I have recently bought a lexmoto tekken and drove it home, since then it won't start and battery died, the bike has spark and compression and seems to be getting fuel, the day I got it kept cutting out then starting then dying when going into second as if it was starving of fuel

 

Is there any known issues with thes3 bikes?

Have you tried releasing the fuel cap?  If the vent is plugged, it will show those symptoms.

looks like you may have two problems.

first as tink says, ride it or if it will "stop" at while parked up with engine rev'd. when it happens, open the fuel cap, if loads of air rushes in and put the cap back on, will the bike start as normal again, ride a bit and if the cycle repeats its the tanks breather hose blocked or more likely trapped when the tank was put back on.

the battery thing could be a weak battery or a short happening at the battery terms or wiring loom/connectors would be the first look.
