No hammers needed it fitted together well. Use good clamps on the joints. Not sure what end can you are going to use, you may need a db killer, it will be loud.

Oh and you'll be there forever with a 1" pad in a dremel. You can get 4" buffing wheels different grades with 'soap' to suit. Start off rough and get finer and shiner, a set of 3 is about right. Look for drill fitment or move up to a bench grinder type machine.

Sorry I did mean to fit my rotary polisher, can apply some good pressure with that.

I will double check what clamps it came with. It's going with the akro can that came fitted to the standard exhaust.

Loud is good imo, for my bike anyway. The car makes very little noise even at full chat with valves open.

On a less interesting note I passed my theory. 49/50 and 63/70. I'll take that.

All the best people got that score 😁

I felt it a good balance between genius and gifted

I never had any doubt but it feels good to longer have to pretend that if another driver acts a cock that I will take a break and stay calm haha

It's an occupational hazard. Take a break, stay calm, then stick it on the Nob of the Day forum later.

The training school refused to book my mod 1 without a CBT. After a very long conversation she agreed to let me actually get a date set. After 20 years on the road passing this test should not be an issue to anyone with an ounce of intelligence IMO

AND after doing huge amounts of hazard perception practices I could provide screen shots to support my opinion that its total bollox. So SO many clips award 5 points on a frame without a vizable hazard. Considering its basically a game, as a gamer I can conclude its an absolute roll of the dice to predict and learn their coding etc.

I digress.

Cannot wait gto get out on the bike now! Exhaust is on, sounding unsocialbly loud, all panels back on and nice and clean, bar end mirrors looking sharp. Hopefully 10th September is its maiden voyage!

Excited like a little kid now haha

Exhaust for anyone interested

The rear shock spring being purple bugs me, blue/black would of been so much more fitting.

Removed all the stickers bar the circular BMW logos, IMO looks much cleaner.

Brushed stainless screen anti theft frame. Obviously given time they could remove the frame but my screen literally comes off my hand. Figured it both looked nice and stopped a trampy passerby being able to yoink the screen away with a twist of the wrist.

May possibly paint it, still undecided
