Didn't make it in the end, my "coaching" got in the way. by coaching, I mean turning up, waiting around, then for the cox of the crew to go so far down the river I couldn't do any coaching, so more like a ridiculously short bike ride. waste of time! Rant over.

I have a bloody little piece of metal stuck in my front tyre, think it's been there for a while but only just seen it.

Me and BonnieBird went to the marina on Tuesday night. There were probably 50 bikes there. We don't know anyone there....so we just had a drink, a look round the bikes and foxtrotted. Neighbour had mentioned it to us before...but we never got round to going down there. Gonna try to get there as often as work allows this year.....along with trying to get some more miles on the bike. Last year was a joke......neither of us clocked more than a coupla hundred miles in the year!!

Maybe if any of you see an Orange Speed Four and a Green and Gold Bonneville turn up together you could give us a shout?

yea it is, I think it's been in there a couple weeks as i said the other week that the pressures went down a fair bit. I'll get it fixed soon.
