Guest Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 Upshot is............................the gear is designed for skate boarders etc. Buy and enjoy! Evidently Draggin don't subscribe to your view as its website shows http://www.dragginjeans.net/.....unless they are misrepresenting the fitness for purpose of their products Quote
Guest Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 What is the point of a kevlar T shirt? If you come off it is only a shirt and will ride up = Gravel RashIt has no armour which is important in a tumble where there is street furniture around etc. The Draggin T shirts (K-shirt) [and 'long-john's'] are for use as an undergarment not a first line of protection. Guest Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 (edited) Why would you want a kevlar t-shirt, surely you'd be wearing a jacket over it anyway and so whats the point?*sigh*This smilie means I agree with the previous post. Motorcyle kevlar undergarments (e.g. Draggin K-shirts and 'long-johns') are by their nature for wearing under something else - the whole purpose being to give added protection and/or to make up for any difficiencies in outer clothing. Natch. I really fail to see anything 'stupid' with that (common sense to me), and I'm more than surprised that you do working in the medical business. Edited September 6, 2009 by Anonymous Quote
Colin the Bear Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I also like to wear blazer and slacks on the bike. A bullet proof T shirt at only £99 sounds like a lot of sense to me.Sandals and kevlar socks anyone? Is five consecutive posts a record...or a stuck record Quote
Guest Posted September 6, 2009 Posted September 6, 2009 I also like to wear blazer and slacks on the bike Mmmm...so the leather stuff isn't worn exclusively for protection then......some sort of fetish thing also, nice against bare skin and eh?... Quote
