New bike rider 14

Hi folks, I'll try and keep it simple. Lexmoto valiant 125. No issues upto yet when all of a sudden riding home lost all indicators. Nothing at all. All other electrics are fine. So . . . I removed the tank and seat and fully tested continuity from the controls (no corroded contacts in there) to relay so no breaks in the cables. Followed all the leads to each indicator and there all fine. I haven't checked any earth connections though. Battery has no issues with power. No clicking from the relay now so Replaced the relay and had fast indicators for 3 hours, used it when out of the blue POP. . . .12v Relay has blown. Is this likely to be an earth fault?? HELP!! It's so god dam frustrating!!!!
