NOTD goes to me. Although not today. I didn't keep a close enough check on how lose my chain was getting, knew I was needing a new one asap though - left it until it was around 4" too loose cause I wasn't paying enough attention D: AND didn't notice my closing cable for the accelerator was not working... Baby is better though..

I'm voting no confidence. When I was a student I tried lib dems (hey they said they'd keep tuition fee's lower!).. That backfired massively. I have no trust in any of them. Was going to go with Green, but it's all pipe dreams and not actually doable in the grand scheme of things. Plus the whole bike thing...

I ride a honda... I was going to vote green party - but they want to bring in new rules against motorbikes. so not going to bother, it's not like any of the parties are actually going to make things any better.

Well my second lesson went much better than my first lesson! Really glad about that.. Did some clutch control stuff, using the clutch as a break, weirded me out a little I have to say. My instructor told me that driving a car is exactly the same as riding a bike... I don't think he's been on a motorbike some how. It is completely different. Different method for controls, different layout different road positioning. Next lesson is next monday, hopefully do some reversing stuff then . Thanks for the tips guys

Well I got that far I've driven cars plenty, safely in fields at a max speed of 20mph. Yeah the reduced visibility irritates me. why do cars need them stupid pillar things in the way grr Yeah, The clutch thing I need to work.. so frustrating trying to learn my way around a car in comparison to the bike.. haha, yeah I'm cool with that, only gonna be driving in rain and shit weather.. Bike the rest of the time. Hate cars, I get car sick Bikers do make better car drivers, well unless they cant break bike habits to get used to it.. Would love responses from bike to car drivers.. Might have better tips (no offence lol )

Hey guys. Hope you're all well I've started driving lessons now, been on the bike for 8 years (full license since June), so I need to break some of the bike habits (like where my ass sits in the lane) and how to get around the corners without causing a blow out (first lesson ended 15mins in cause I hit a kerb and blew the tyre...). So any tips from bikers going to cars? My mum is gonna put me on her insurance so when I need a lift places I can drive the car, but I'll still be using the bike the majority of the time so gonna be harder to break bike safe habits so I can learn to drive properly. Any tips are very much welcome! Miss Meg

Nob of the day goes to the cager who, saw me riding through a little bit of a flood, decided to go pretty damn fast through it, sending water over my head and drenching me. Very unimpressed! ARGHHH

The a$$wipe who (I work in a petrol station...) decided to drive off without paying for petrol, told me he just had to get his wallet, got into passenger side of his (probably stolen) car then climbed into drivers seat and drove off. Don't fret I think I remembered his number plate. I hate people. I'd rather be a butterfly.

Hey, I did mine with Durston Elms (Roger) really nice people! Roger doesn't put anyone through who he doesn't think are up to standard. £80 for a 3 hour lesson, which if you've been riding a while like I was, you'd not need too many. For the MOD1 practice, they tend to nip down to AMT (I think) down towards weston zoyland/bridgwater as their surfacing is much better. I passed first time with these guys, with a total of 3 minors. Super friendly people, you might be filmed during riding, to see where you go wrong on anything, which is helpful so you can see it for yourself. Best of luck
