That is exactly the same compression tester that I use, works OK for me. Don't know about the charger though but I don't see why not, it is a 12v with 4A so it seems fine.

Cheers, The engine was a nightmare to do, basically I degreased it using Gunk and some aircraft engine cleaner I had, and then a rotary brass wire brush and several days work. Then I painted it with Halfords metallic black engine paint, which is a kind of grey, and silver engine paint. The forks are R1 forks with an XJR 1300 front wheel, hence the home made spacer to replace the speedo drive. Ta.

How many mice does it take to screw in a lightbulb............. two, but I don't know how they got in there.

I used rotary wire brushes and lots of engine cleaner and degreaser on my FZR engine. I then painted it with aluminium engine paint and Halford's metallic black engine paint (which comes out a metallic grey).
