i have same problem, permanent nights, i used to start at 2200, so went to meets on the way to work, now start at 2100 so not worth it.

There's quite a few meets around here gary, BP is probably the biggest, look in this section for details if you struggle in the week, quatt cafe on a sunday is pretty busy.

i would say something's been damaged or shorted putting the tank or seat back on.

it's your bike you can set it to whatever you prefer! however you are suppossed to have to rev to pull off.

I've had my blade nearly 6 years now, I'd wanted 1 since they first came out. It's a brilliant bike, 11 years old and still too fast for me! I fancy a change now though, something newer and a bit more comfortable. Blackbird is top of wish list at the moment.

You won't be dissapointed with either but I've voted for the 750, less frantic and ultimately easier to ride and get on with over time.

I have already donated through someone at work Say hello in newbies CBR1100xx and mention the fund raising, might get more people notice that way

i can't remember the last time i changed into first whilst moving!, stop in 2nd, neutral, then into first to move off. have you got a car? try getting that into 1st whilst moving, they don't like it either
