Yep and sometimes it needs servicing But Sat is not a good day daffers cause its a riding day, servicing should be done =in work time. work to live and all that.

Bad timing for a service daffers is that the best you could get. Errr not sure why you think it's bad timing I work full time all week and I wanted it to be a Saturday. Cause if its serviced sat you can't ride it sat

The washer things are 'O' rings and will normally provide a seal at a water connection on the head for example. When you fit them use a light smear of lithium grease.

Ah well you see... every winter its pull everything apart and I separate every connector and give it a severe dose of looking at, clean and spray, wrap in self amalgamating tape in necessary and secure in protected places with cable ties. Thats what happens when you've owned old Italian bikes mate... like the Pantah and S3. 8)

Met up with stu then me and little Dave (The Boy Not The Bike) split for Scarborough at one. I thought it was going to be a bit cold and wet but it came out lovely in the end. although was a bit chilli coming home. We had to scoff our full English double quick outside Seaways as it was getting cold. Hope you had a good one daffers was you in the car or on bike in the end

You should be able to do it starting very small and going up 1mm at a time, but it will be slow.

Flush it all through with clean watter and then use diesel to flush it. Put it in the oven on a bout 70 degrees to dry it. Check your bottom end bearings, the scoring could be a lub probem or a bearing allowing a bit much play. Wise to replace the gudgeon pin too, and get new gaskets.

Me and little Dave (The Boy Not The Bike) will be there at 1100 till 1230 probably then on the scar-borough. We will almost certainly have a full English so tuck your arms and legs in if you meet us for a chat. It will be nice to introduce Little Dave (The Boy Not The Bike) to Little legs. Hopefully David will remember his manners and say hello I'm Dave, and not assume his xbox persona "devildave666."

Ah a crazed power mad woman speeketh. OK i'll close the door on my way out. Sound of dragging injured foot scrunching in the snow. Shivers slightly in poor worn handme down jacket and as a tear falls mutters if only we had the stickers Why god Why.... its strange but one of the few bikes I really fancy part from my ZX7 is the Boxer HP sport, maybe the boxer cup or HP2. I have had Ducatis and Moto Guzzis in the past, when Moto Guzzi could make a sports bike, (750 S3 and Le Mans 2) (Ducati Pantah bevel drive). I love the twin drive but Ducati have become too fashionable and Moto Guzzi can't make sports bikes anymore. My bikes have to invoke a passion in me and few bikes can do that.

Go through all the wiring before you put another fuse in!!! Check alarm circuits and starter circuits. Try to recall what extra circuits were on when the fuse blew. Were your headlights on? If not don't worry. have you been riding in rain? If you have where can the rain get to? Check the rectifier, look for loose connections and any signs of burning.
