Non-UK driving licence
TaffyTDM850 replied to mako2015's topic in CBT, Test and Advanced Training Information
Generally, the CAPITAL letters on an EU licence are recognised all across the EEA - and the lower case letter categories are only valid in the issuing country - although other countries may recognise them at their discretion. So it depends if you've it AM on your licence or p (or whatever the Cypriot equivalent is) -

had a nice punt tonight with ira up to the ace cafe for a brew, thanks to the forum. Anyone else up for rides around SW London? -
I wasn't you are quite correct, It doesn't mean he WILL, but to me, it would make me think. If you are going down the road doing numerous overtakes as you describe in your post why wouldn't anyone else be? And yes, he should look for you, but hey if he fucks up who comes off worse?

Glad you got out of it ok, however although it's 80% a smidsy, the signs were there!

When I went to pick up my bike, weather was bloody lovely through northern France. Got to the m25 though and was drenched. So I left my kit out in the garden under the gazebo to dry. Came out in the morning and some feral thing had bitten the end off the fingers, one on each glove! Only wore them once!

Handlebar bag for the win! Same sort of size, doesn't get in the way as much as a tank bag...

I'll echo that. I did the zero to hero thing (cbt day one, das day two) with robin and Stuart in Ewell. Robin is meticulous in all aspects, the bikes are well cared for, the kit is and so are you. Both Robin and Stuart were great at adapting their teaching style to the level you were at, interesting to see how they can herd two types of rider down the road seemlessly. As an aside we bumped into a fusion ride on the road, the instructed was sloppy to say the least, a real contrast to Robin who had everything sorted

Oops! Seems I'm too new to send a pm! I'm in Germany until next week and have a few bits to do when I'm back, but would be free for a ride on the 8th? I live in Kingston we can meet there or in surbiton if you like. -
