  2. THIS. Thought exactly the same when I went, they could do with spreading them out a bit, and maybe thinning them out a bit so you can enjoy looking at 'a' bike rather than just a room of bikes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Looking for a people to ride with in warwickshire if anyone fancies it. Not done a lot of riding with other people so would be fairly relaxed pace i guess. Granted, it's pretty cold out at the min so perhaps wrong time of year to be askin. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have a pair of fully lined jeans from roadskin which I like. Cheaper than hood i think. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Indeed. Just interested as i regularly get overtaken by other bikes, occasionally cars, in situations where I wouldn't have wanted to be going much faster. Or like you say, because i know there's often a speed cam somewhere in the local area and don't want to be taking the risk of getting tickets. Only ever ride by myself so have no perception really of what 'normal' might be for most people. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Ha, yeah i thought that might be the response... that's why i asked what you reckon might be typical, rather than what you necessarily do yourself Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. What do you reckon is the kind of speeds bikers typically ride at? Interested to see people perceptions of what is normal. Forgetting road conditions and the 'it depends' and all that stuff what do you reckon? Within speed limit Speed limit + 10 Speed limit + 20 Lightspeed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Pretty sure they're stick on weights, and don't think they're alloys. Plastic/mags or something like that I think without checking Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Hi all, Front tyre loses about 10psi over the course of a week, will be fine for a number of days but if sat for a week will need air. Back tyre absolutely fine over the same period. Can't find any evidence of damage, have sprayed some soapy water over it to try and find a leak, no joy. Any thoughts? Would some kind of sealant help? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Trump has spent his life doing whatever was necessary for his own personal gain. No matter who he screwed over in the process. A country shouldn't be run like a corporation Actually they should with the people as the shareholders... If countries had shareholders to answer to and growth and profit targets, they would be hugely more efficient and less wasteful than how the politicians run countries. Unfortunately the people would be the employees. And those surplus to requirements would be discarded. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. Been trying to decide how best to describe it, i think it's kinda like if voting in clinton was like voting in theresa may, we don't really like her but at least she's vaguely qualified to do the job. Then voting in trump is like voting in simon cowell, but if simon cowell was a racist, sexist moron who believed climate change was a hoax. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Err... no. Trump is the worst option because he is full of shit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk What makes Clinton a better option? Is this a serious question? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. Takes a little while to get used to the speed. Don't worry about it too much, it's a bit like going to the gym or something like that, you do what is comfortable for you right now, and over time it gets easier without you really noticing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Skip the 125 if you're doing das soon after cbt, own gear not needed for cbt, but would be nice to have if you know you're going to stick with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. These kind of things are a great way to get your identity stolen. Some are legit, but the money you'll make won't be worth the effort or risk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Did you have a particular trick for getting the holes in the right place? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Bought some generic bars to replace some bent ones, switchgear has a nubbin which fits in a whole on the old bars Trying to think of a way to solve it, any thoughts? Trying to decide whether to try and drill a whole in the bars, or grind off the nubbin and just rely on them being done up tight enough to keep them still. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Don't sound like serious faults to me, but if you had done the same minor fault three times it becomes a major if I remember rightly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'm going to face my fears and throw myself headfirst into it, just need to buy some spanners and shizz first, the stuff I use on my CX bike is not really that useful for this Get a haynes manual [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Recently been trying to sort my own exhaust, spray some soapy water around where you think there might be a leak, and pump some air into the exhaust, saw people using air compressors for this but a bike pump with a half plastic bottle and some rubber gloves to get a good seal did the job for me, if there's air leaking you'll see bubbles in the soapy water Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
