    Pokémon Go

Holy pokeballs, snorlax is in like the top ten rarest lists online
  2. Go for whichever one you get the best feel for in terms of the people interviewing you. If they're all d£%kheads go with MB as it will look better on your CV.
  3. Howdy, get yourself a pinlock insert for your visor to stop the misting. Sounds like some extra training would be a good idea, it might be your road position, awareness etc, or you might just be feeling extra vulnerable having only been riding for a short while. Don't worry about the high vis annoying anyone, better seen than sorry. I wouldn't get a camera, it sounds like you have plenty to think about already without adding extra faff. Maybe get out and about at the weekend when it's not rush hour and get your confidence up, i think if I had gone straight to commuting on a dual carriageway everday after doing my cbt i'd have struggled too.
  4. The eye test for cbt isn't exactly stringent. As others have said, prob shouldn't be on a bike if can't pass it. Perhaps I'm missing what you mean though.
  5. Looks like an awesome trip, feeling very jealous and inspired! Pretty impressed that you powered through the night, i would have been after a nap by lunchtime on the first day
  6. .... Wearing a full racing one piece complete with hump, I salute you sir!
  7. You're right. The new extreme right wing, toriest torys who ever did tory government will be much more trust worthy. Are you drunk or stoned .,. Or both. This is what I love about leavers. Completely oblivious to what they've voted for. [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23]

  10. Nope. We'll need to negotiate a different agreement, with different terms, at a different cost, with each and everyone of them - holding back economic development for decades fun times. Can I borrow your Crystal ball mate so I can see next weeks lottery numbers? No one has a clue what is going to happen next Which bit? If everybody operates as an individual country, that's what would need to happen, no crystal ball about it. New trade agreements would be needed, and that takes time.

  12. Spot the difference you say?.... Top left farage. Others - genuine nazi propaganda. http://indy100.independent.co.uk/image/10727-1a0i9s8.jpg My point stands that remain arguments are universally more robust than those from the leave campaign.
  13. Non of the bollocks spouted by the leave camp was ever going to come true. It was all lies and propaganda. yup remain don't talk bollox.... The arguments for remain have been put forward and supported by the worlds leading experts, the arguments for leaving have been put forward by nigel farage and similar nazi morons.
  14. For anyone not aware, this poster by farage is a copy a real nazi propaganda poster, behaviour which is absolutely outrightly disgusting. He also photoshopped the white faces out. No time for anyone listening to anything out of his Nazis mouth.
  15. Theory test Mod 1- on a car park around cones Mod 2 - on the road test I would find a school that does individual lessons rather than multi day packages, and have a chat with them about what you want to do, you can take your test on a 125, but will only be qualified to ride a 125. If you think you might want to ride something bigger later, it's worth doing your test on a bigger bike. Personally i feel safer on the bigger bikes. If you really only want to ride a 125 though, you might find that the cost of doing your training and test might pay for your cbt's for the next ten years, its not cheap
  16. This is very true ! But nobody bats an eyelid at kids on pushbikes with zero training.. Yeah, but push-bikes don't travel at 60mph And you know what, the cycling proficiency course i did in primary school was a lot more than two hours long!
  17. Do you have a particular law in mind that affects you negatively? the results are generally pretty positive I reckon, creating laws that stop our government from f@!£4ng us over, things like: - equal pay for men and women - legal right to 4 weeks paid leave - employer can't force you to work over 48 hour a week - statutory maternity leave - equal rights for full time, part time workers - parents entitlement to leave to look after their kids - protection from discrimination, whether that's race, age, disability and so on - health and safety at work, and your employers responsibility to ensure your safety And this also means we are involved in enforcing these things on other countries as well, protecting workers across the whole of europe, which is really pretty cool. I could see a lot of these things never coming into existence under a tory government without any EU input. Other cool stuff we get to input on are things like climate change, which is pretty important.
  18. Very nicely done.
  19. Personally think it's crackers that they let 17 year olds with no knowledge of the road, highway code etc to go out on a 60mph vehicle after 2 hours riding around. This would never happen with a car, the only difference being that on bike chances are you'll only kill yourself and not anyone else
  20. I wonder if riding in europe would become more of a ball ache if we left, good enough reason to vote remain i reckon.
  21. But is it? The tension should be set with the bike loaded - i.e. lay across the seat and check the tension (or get someone else to check with you sitting on the bike). Over-tensioned chain can cause a 'rattle'. Should it still be even if the manual says 'put the bike on its centre stand...' ?
  22. This is a pretty cool article on the design side of cafe racers http://www.bikeexif.com/build-cafe-racer" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;.
  23. Ha thanks all, don't think its anything much to worry about, pretty sure its gone now
